The 3rd year Capacity Development Program on Technology and Policy (TAP) for government officials from four Asian countries (Bangladesh, East Timor, Pakistan, and the Philippines) was conducted from March 26th to April 15th (3 weeks). The main objective of the program was to successfully provide 16 field-level government officials with adequate policy assistance in coming up with concrete National Science & Technology Action Plans. The action plans were modified based on S&T policy ideas developed through the 1st and 2nd year TAP program.

In order to enhance participants with the appropriate base knowledge to come up with feasible S&T action plans, S&T policy dialogue and team project sessions were also present.
